Co-President: Lily Lucier
Barrington High School

Hi! My name is Lily Lucier and I am a senior at Barrington High School! I am the Vice President of Barrington’s FBLA chapter, and I am very excited to be the Co-President of RI FBLA! This year, I want to make sure that all of our chapters stay informed and engaged. One of my goals is to make sure all members are well prepared for SLC by increasing communication with members and local chapters!

Portsmouth High School

My name is Mark Schoen-Cruz. I'm a senior at Portsmouth High School and your 2026-2027
State Board Co-President! My FBLA journey, while uncertain at times, has been incredibly
rewarding and has helped me grow as both a leader and a person. I look forward to building on
the past state board s work while striving to serve RI FBLAs expanding community.

East Greenwich High School

My name is George Tsimikas. I'm a junior at East Greenwich High School and your 2026–2027 State Vice President! Through FBLA, I've developed the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the modern business world. As your Vice President, I am dedicated to expanding competitive opportunities and ensuring every member has the resources to achieve their goals.

Hi! My name is Michael Rao, and I am a Junior at Lincoln High School and the state Secretary of FBLA. I will help keep our RI chapter organized by maintaining positivity, sharing important information, and supporting all our members. I am excited to help strengthen our chapter and create meaningful opportunities for all members.

Treasurer: Allison Dumont

Hi! My name is Allison Dumont, and I am a student at Lincoln High School and the Treasurer of FBLA. I’m going to help manage our chapter's finances, organize fundraisers, and seek sponsorship opportunities. I am passionate about growing our fundraising efforts to create more opportunities and support for FBLA members.

Reporter/Historian: Pavani Kankanala
Cranston High School West

My name is Pavani Kankanala, and I am serving as your State Historian and Reporter. This is my third year in FBLA and my first year on the State Board, and I’m excited to contribute in a new leadership role. As Historian and Reporter, I look forward to highlighting the achievements of our members, sharing our story, and helping showcase all that FBLA accomplishes throughout the year.

Social Media Co-Chair: Sophie Freedman

Hi! My name is Sophie Freedman and I am a senior at Barrington High School. I am President of the Barrington chapter and I have been involved in FBLA for several years.
As Social Media Chair for Rhode Island FBLA, I hope to share all of the opportunities offered by FBLA through fun and engaging content. My goal is to provide more resources through our social media and website for members to expand their involvement and find ways to grow as a member!

Hi! My name is Tyler Gecawich, and I am a senior at East Greenwich High School and your 2026-2027 Rhode Island FBLA Social Chair! Through my experiences in photography, digital content, and leadership, I have developed a passion for creativity and connecting with others. I look forward to creating engaging content, celebrating our members, building new websites and helping showcase all that Rhode Island FBLA has to offer!

Membership Chair: Adrian Perez

I am a student at La Salle Academy with strong interests in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship. As FBLA Membership Chair, my goal is to help grow our state chapter by creating an engaging and welcoming environment for all members. I hope to expand participation, strengthen connections between local chapters, and encourage students to pursue leadership and all opportunities offered by FBLA.
